How long does each therapy session take?
Sessions are typically 53-60 minutes. We will build an individualized treatment plan together to meet your specific needs. Contact me now to build a customized session meeting.

Will my information be shared with anyone?
The law protects the relationship between a client and therapist, and information can not be disclosed without written permission. However, exceptions include suspected child, elder or dependent adult abuse which I am required by law to report immediately to appropriate authorities. If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, I must notify the police and notify the intended victim. If a client intends to harm him/herself, I will make every effort to enlist cooperation to ensure their safety. If they do not cooperate, I will take further measures without their permission that are provided to me by law in order to ensure their safety.
